Opening for sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Mohali Properties located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will also be responsible for creating reports and providing feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive in a real estate industry
• ​Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• ​Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Experience in identifying sales opportunities and generating leads
• ​Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• ​Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Willingness to travel as needed.

Opening for Accountant 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Mohali Properties located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to month-end closing, financial statement preparation, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliation. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting principles, auditing, and tax regulations.

 

Qualifications

• Accounting and Finance knowledge and skills

• Experience with month-end closing, financial statement preparation, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliation

• Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of auditing and tax regulations

• Excellent attention to details and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's degree and/or CPA certification preferred
